Tola Ayo-Adeyemi –  Managing Partner TAA & Associates has over 25 years law and investment advisory practice experience in the West African sub-region. 

Started his career at G.A. Ikkot & Co. a firm representing Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN), later joined MPN now ExxonMobil as deputy head of the Qua Iboe Terminal (QIT) Oil Spill Emergency Response Team (QIT-ERT). He was responsible for damage assessment and compensation negotiations with Niger Delta host communities.

Tola has consulted for several oil, gas and energy related projects for prominent private sector companies on legal aspects of turnkey infrastructure projects including development and acquisition of Refineries, power plants etc. some of these prominent clients include, African Refinery PH Ltd, Global Holdings (Ghi) (Mittal Brothers); BlueStar Refining Company Ltd (A Transcorp/ Zenon/Dangote JV); Union Atlantic Petroleum Limited; Quad Energy Canada Inc. and Minaj Petroleum, Gefest Corporation.

Tola has participated in many Public Private Partnership projects including some electricity related projects and has served on Ministerial Committees in Nigeria and Sierra Leone; and acting as transaction adviser to captive power projects in Lagos State and renewable power projects in Adamawa, Anambra, Oyo and Imo State.
